Refund Policy

At ekislam.com, we are committed to serving the ummah with sincerity (إخلاص) and integrity (أمانة). All physical products, including books and other materials, are selected and shipped with utmost care.

Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund or return requests made within 48 hours of product delivery under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The request is submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, along with proof (photo or video evidence).
• The product is returned unused and in its original packaging.

As the Prophet ﷺ said: “The two parties involved in a sale have the right to annul it until they separate.” — Sahih al-Bukhari

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the return. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in line with Allah’s guidance: “Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due…” — Surah An-Nisa, 4:58

Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
